We're officially one week into our Comfort That Cares fundraiser, and there's still plenty of time to make a difference!

Throughout the month of June, Air Flo Heating is partnering with Olympic Angels to support children and families in foster and kinship care throughout Clallam and East Jefferson Counties.

Olympic Angels provides meaningful connections, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing support through programs like Love Box, helping ensure that foster youth and caregivers know they are not alone.

💙 Air Flo Heating will match donations up to $250 through June 30th, doubling the impact of every dollar donated!

As a family-owned company that has proudly served the Olympic Peninsula for more than 50 years, we're honored to support an organization that is making such a positive impact in our local communities.

This week, we're shining the spotlight on someone whose work impacts nearly every installation we complete, even if customers don't always get the chance to meet him — Randy Blood, Sheet Metal Fabricator! 👏

Randy is the craftsman behind much of the custom ductwork and hand-fabricated metal work that helps our systems perform at their best. From designing and building custom fittings to creating solutions for unique installations, his attention to detail helps ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.

But Randy's contributions go far beyond sheet metal fabrication. Whether it's helping in the shop, assisting with special projects, lending a hand when needed, or stepping up to tackle unexpected challenges, Randy is always willing to help wherever he can. His knowledge, versatility, and positive attitude make him an invaluable part of the Air Flo Heating team.

Check Your Outdoor Unit Before Summer Hits! ☀️

Did you know your outdoor A/C or heat pump unit needs room to breathe?

Leaves, grass clippings, weeds, bark, and other debris can restrict airflow and force your system to work harder than necessary. This can reduce efficiency, increase energy costs, and potentially lead to unnecessary repairs.

✅ Keep at least 18-24 inches of clearance around your outdoor unit
✅ Gently remove leaves and debris from around the system
✅ Trim back shrubs, plants, and tall grass
✅ Avoid stacking items against the unit

A few minutes of maintenance today can help your system run more efficiently when those hot summer days arrive!

🌡️ Bonus Tip: If it’s been over a year since your last maintenance visit, now is a great time to schedule a cooling system tune-up before the summer rush begins.
