πŸ’™ Happy Father's Day

Some of life's best memories are made outdoors.

A walk through the woods.
A lesson in the garden.
A quiet moment on a trail.
A hand to hold while discovering something new.

Today, we're celebrating all the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors, and father figures who help nurture curiosity, kindness, and a love of nature in the next generation.

Thank you for the walks, the stories, the lessons, and the memories.

The greatest gift is time together. Happy Father's Day from Kruckeberg Botanic Garden.

From all of us at Kruckeberg Botanic Garden, Happy Father's Day. πŸŒΏπŸ’™

Today, we commemorate Juneteenth, the day freedom finally reached the last enslaved African Americans in the United States on June 19, 1865, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

Juneteenth is a time to reflect on our nation's history, celebrate Black resilience, culture, and achievements, and continue the work of creating communities where everyone can thrive.

At Kruckeberg Botanic Garden, we believe gardens are places of learning, connection, reflection, and belonging. We are grateful for the opportunity to share this space with a diverse community and to continue cultivating a welcoming environment for all.

Today, we invite you to take a moment to reflect, learn, celebrate, and enjoy the beauty of nature.
