First-year apprentice Jaydin Cotton of Carpenters Local 243 recently completed this impressive linoleum design project during training at the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council Training Center in Pekin, IL.

Created as part of the Floorcovering General Knowledge course, the project highlights the craftsmanship, creativity, and hands-on training that help prepare the next generation of skilled flooring professionals.
