This remodel was all about creating a calm, spa-like retreat—featuring a custom vanity built by our own carpenter, Trenton, and a built-in niche by the tub for that perfect, intentional touch.

A space made for slowing down and unwinding at the end of the day 🤍

We’re excited to officially welcome Chad Oldfather to the team here at Farha HomeTrends!

Though he is certainly no stranger to the remodeling world.

He’s been in the business since he was just 12 years old, spending his summers working for his dad’s remodeling company. With a lifetime of experience under his belt, Chad, brings deep knowledge, strong craftsmanship, and a real passion for the trade.

As he puts it best:
“I was born with a hammer in my hand.” – Chad

Our owner, Geremy, and several other FHT team members have known Chad for years and are excited to have him join the team. We couldn’t be happier to welcome someone with his heart, history, and hands-on experience.

In his spare time he loves to play golf and travel with his wife, Lindsay and their children.
