Insulation and heating are so critical to get right.
For our offices utilizing a resited Christchurch villa we have high levels of polyester friction fit insulation, underfloor air to water heating for kauri floors, a 100% efficient gas fire that also extracts heat from the chimney meaning no heat lost to atmosphere and a wood fire for aesthetics and importantly when the power goes out. Super cozy.
