Pushing some last minute renders on our final project for the year. This time for 4 homes split across two units on a beautiful coastal site in Wai O Taiki Bay. Working again with our favourite client looking forward to developing these further in 2026! 🏡🏡🏡🏡

Here’s a quick on site tip. Make sure you ALWAYS take photos 📷 of your underground services as you’re installing them, the more the merrier. You never know when you might need to find them again. We recently had a job where Chorus were having an issue pulling their fibre line through so had to dig up small portion to help them pull it through. Luckily we had photos 🤌🏻

We bought this 905m² site with serious potential.

Here’s what we did:
✅ Stripped the existing villa back to framing
✅ Extended it by 45m²
✅ Renovated top to bottom
✅ Subdivided the site
✅ Sold the front home
✅ Kept the rear land for a future build
