A glass skybridge connects the garage to the main living space, bringing daylight deep into the home. As you move downward, the architecture shifts from structure to experience—blurring the line between indoors and outdoors.

Even the lower level feels elevated, with light-filled bedrooms that transform what is often a basement into a true retreat.

The Cascade is designed not just to overlook the lake, but to live in constant dialogue with it.

It all starts with a sketch ✏️

When Rick and Patty moved to a ranch home in Worthington, they knew it was the right location but not quite the right fit. They were ready for one-level living, but the home still meant trips to the basement for laundry and lacked the space and flow they needed.

Like many older homes, it needed rethinking: more storage, a larger kitchen, and a primary suite that truly worked for them.

Through a series of sketches and thoughtful planning, we helped bring their vision to life, expanding and reshaping the home to better match how they want to live every day.

Sometimes it’s not about starting over… it’s about reimagining what’s already there. ✨
