With expertise in envelope design, Revit, and BIM, Kihyun works seamlessly from schematic through construction. When he's not at the drafting table, you'll find him in his garage woodshop crafting furniture.

Ryerson is an industrial facility developed in Centralia, WA, completed in 2021. The building includes warehouse space and an office component. The warehouse is equipped with crane-served bays, reinforced slab conditions, and integrated rail access to accommodate heavy industrial use. Full-height precast tilt walls and prismatic skylights contribute to durability and energy-efficient daylighting throughout the facility. Construction was completed by Cornice Construction.
