Community Construct is a Non-Profit Organization working in the realm of Recovery from substance use and healing from trauma. Skills for Tomorrow is the first and currently main Project from Community Construct which provides a safe and sober work environment and support for people in Recovery while offering a livable wage.

Community Construct is looking for one brave soul to step into a special role at our Rodeo for a Reason fundraiser this Friday evening.

🕠 Time commitment: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
🍔 Compensation package includes dinner, drinks, and guaranteed entertainment!
👕 Appropriate attire required (details provided to those interested).

No experience necessary… just a good sense of humor and a willingness to have some fun.

Chasing dreams looks different for everyone and that's what makes life so amazing. You get to set your own goals and chase your own dreams. Here the thing though. That means it's all on you. You don't get to blame anyone else or the world around you. We try to show our team as many skills inside and outside of work as we can. What they do with those skills is between them and God. Sometimes the hardest part for many is learning how to dream and truly believe that they are capable of so much more than the life they were living. For many it's learned behavior and all they have ever known. Parents with no dreams often teach kids that same mindset.
Grateful today for my ability to dream beyond my past.
