For this pool addition on White Bear Lake, MN, we oriented the pool near the back entrance, creating a more natural, inviting path for entertaining. The new design integrates seamlessly with the existing hot tub and patio, while maintaining the home's breathtaking views.

Located across a six-acre campus in quaint Chester County, Pennsylvania, URBN's Devon Yard offers an immersive lifestyle experience with eateries, bridal wear and apparel shops, an outdoor ceremony garden, and a spacious reception area for up to 150 guests.

We demolished about two city blocks of buildings at a former garden center site and designed a ground-up branded development, featuring five new primary structures surrounding a central courtyard while incorporating local materials.

Our expertise in code research, repurposed materials, collaboration, and thoughtful design merged well to create an inviting setting for visitors to meet for shopping, dining, and celebrating milestones.

The pair has consulted on dozens of retail projects together for years, including over 30 Free People and FP Movement stores this year alone. Their roots go back over a decade, to their time together at Dunwoody College of Technology.

This week, we spent time volunteering at Keystone Community Services to help organize their annual school supply giveaway event.

From 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. tomorrow, Keystone is distributing backpacks and school supplies for students. Community partners will also be offering information about family-connected resources.

The event is first come, first served while supplies last — no sign-up needed.

Our Tangletown Basement project is the ultimate wind-down space.

Inspired by the homeowners' Finnish heritage, we transformed the space into a modern retreat featuring a home sauna, heated floors, wet bar, and spa-inspired bathroom suite.

Built in 1918 as a mattress factory and warehouse, Vandalia Tower has held onto its industrial character through nearly a century of use.

Working with the State Historic Preservation Office and National Park Service, we rehabilitated the L-shaped factory structure with natural steel, raw timber, concrete, and brick into a vibrant mixed-use building with a coffee shop, pilates studio, retail space, offices, and more.

Navigating city ordinances and a narrow site, we designed this modern beach house with gathering and coastal views in mind.

Located in Avalon, NJ, the residence features a vaulted second level with windows and a balcony facing the sea, clad in mahogany and fiber-cement board with a standing-seam metal roof. The home carries its modern beach house identity inside with seaside color motifs and durable materials to support the family's active lifestyle.
